ANDRA and Evolve Facility Management Extend Lease of Perth Motorplex

VenuesWest, ANDRA and Evolve Facility Management are pleased to confirm the extension of the operating agreement at Perth Motorplex.

Evolve Facility Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of ANDRA, has exercised its option for a further five-year term, which was approved by VenuesWest and will be effective from 1 February 2026.

ANDRA CEO Tim McAvaney said the extension reflects the strong momentum the venue has built in recent years.

"This is a great result for ANDRA and for Perth Motorplex, following significant growth and renewed energy under the leadership of General Manager Gavin Migro," McAvaney said.

"The venue is continuing to move forward with confidence, and the next five years present an exciting opportunity to further strengthen Perth Motorplex's position as a premier motorsport destination."

VenuesWest CEO David Etherton said that the extension is the best outcome for the motorsport community.

“VenuesWest is pleased to extend the operating agreement with Evolve Facility Management, who have delivered exceptional venue management and customer experiences since their appointment in 2020,” said David.

“The extension provides certainty for the motorsport community about the service they can expect at Motorplex, and we are looking forward to the venue’s continued success under the leadership of the Evolve team.”

Preparatory works associated with the planned venue improvements, including the drag strip replacement project, are underway, with further updates to be provided as milestones are reached.
