Providing opportunities to help benefit the community

VenuesWest is committed to actively supporting the WA community. 

We are proud to be able to assist a wide range of causes, non for profit organisations and community groups. To ensure our sponsorships and donations deliver the greatest benefit for VenuesWest and the community, all requests will be assessed against set criteria.

Benefits to VenuesWest

Please consider and include all available benefits to VenuesWest when submitting your sponsorship request. These could include:

Corporate branding: Naming rights to event, corporate signage opportunities or sponsor logo placement across website, email, social media and printed materials.

Commercial advertising: Distribution of advertising materials to event attendees/participants, advertising placements in email, social media and website, exhibition/activation space on event day/s, event day vouchers and advertising of venue food and beverage outlets via announcements during events.

Sponsorship acknowledgement: Interaction with VenuesWest social media pages or sponsorship acknowledgement via email, social media or website.

Media Exposure: Direct acknowledgement of venue and/or programs and services on television, radio and other media placements

Other Benefits: Hospitality benefits including representation at sponsorship function or event proceedings, priority event entry for VenuesWest members, access and permissions to event photography or video.

SPONSORSHIP REQUEST

Due to the high volume of requests, VenuesWest is pausing new sponsorship and donation submissions for March and April. Please check back in May when requests will reopen. Thank you for your understanding.

Application process

Requests must be submitted at least four weeks prior to the event, however we recommend getting your request in as early as possible.

All applications will be considered and responded to within ten working days of submission.

Types of Sponsorship

Please consider the types of sponsorship we offer before completing your application form.

  • Venue Hire: Venue or facility hire waived.
  • Discount: VenuesWest may choose to apply a discount to your booking in return for sponsorship benefits.
  • Fee waived: Specific fees waived related to your event in return for sponsorship benefits. (e.g., spectator entry fees)
  • Prizes/Donations: Donation of event tickets or venue vouchers (including gym membership, group fitness pass, and/or Aqua card)
