PERTH HPC TAKE THE PODIUM COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Win 1 x Double Pass to Juventus v Palermo 11 August 2026, HBF Park

 
  1. Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within promotional advertisements for this competition form part of the conditions of entry.
  2. By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Terms and Conditions of this competition are governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia.
  4. The competition is being run by VenuesWest, PO Box 581, Floreat, Western Australia, 6014 (“VenuesWest”).
  5. The ‘TAKE THE PODIUM' competition commences at 9:00am Australian Western Standard Time (AWST) on Thursday 23 July 2026.
  6. The closing time for entering the competition is 3:00pm AWST on Monday 3 August.
  7. To enter the competition, the entrant must:
    • Take a photo at the Australian Commonwealth Games Team podium located at Perth High Performance Centre and post it to Facebook or Instagram. Tag the Perth High Performance Centre Facebook page or Instagram page (depending on the platform you are posting on), Commonwealth Games Australia Facebook or Instagram page (depending on the platform you are posting on) and include the hashtag #TakeThePodiumPerthHPC.
    • If your account is private, you must send a screenshot of your post via direct message to the Perth High Performance Centre Facebook page or Instagram page for your entry to be eligible, as posts from private accounts cannot be accessed or viewed by the Perth High Performance Centre accounts.
  8. One entry is allowed per person, account and username.
  9. Staff employed by VenuesWest and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the competition.
  10. There will be one (1) prize awarded at Perth HPC. The winner of the prize draw will receive one (1) double pass (two tickets) to the Juventus vs. Palermo match at HBF Park, held on 11 August 2026. 
  11. There will be one (1) draw in total at Perth HPC. The draw will be at 09:30AM Australian Western Standard Time on Tuesday 4 August. The draw will be conducted by drawing one (1) name at random from all eligible entries with this one (1) entry being the prize winner. There will be one (1) prize winner in total at Perth HPC across the competition period.
    •  Following the closing date, VenuesWest will consolidate all qualifying entries from Facebook, Instagram, and Direct Messages into a single, numbered database. Duplicates will be removed, allowing a maximum of one per person. The winner will be determined by a random draw. A random number generator will select a winning number corresponding to the entry list.
  12. The winner will be contacted within one (1) business day of the draw via the Facebook or Instagram post used to enter the competition, or by direct message if the entry was submitted from a private account. The winner must provide a valid email address for VenuesWest to issue the double pass electronically.
  13. If the prize winner does not respond to claim the prize within two (2) days of the draw, a re-draw will be conducted at 09:30am on Thursday 6 August 2026 and with the same method.
  14. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.
  15. The prize winner will be responsible for all costs associated with collecting and using the prize.
  16. The prize includes two (2) general admission tickets to the Juventus vs Palermo match at HBF Park on 11 August 2026. Food, beverages, transport, merchandise, and any additional access or upgrades are not included.
  17. By entering the competition the entrant agrees that they are over the age of 18 years, or if under the age of 18 years, have their parent’s or legal guardian’s consent to enter the competition.
  18. The prize is not redeemable for cash or an alternative prize.
  19. The prize is not transferable.
  20. The prize winner’s name may be published on the VenuesWest or associated websites. By entering the competition, entrants grant VenuesWest permission to use their full name on their respective websites for up to six months from the date of the draw.
  21. VenuesWest is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any problems or any financial costs incurred, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other persons related to or resulting from participation in this competition.
  22. VenuesWest accepts no responsibility and shall not be held legally liable or responsible for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property whether direct or indirect, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the competition or the prize, either during or after the competition.
  23. Entry into the competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. Entrants are required to abide by the Terms and Conditions as presented.
  24. VenuesWest's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  25. Personal information provided by an entrant to VenuesWest for the purpose of entering the Competition will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with VenuesWest’s Privacy Statement. A copy of the Privacy Statement is available at privacy. Personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed to any third party otherwise than in accordance with the VenuesWest’s Privacy Statement and these Terms and Conditions.
