Which HBF Stadium function room is best suited to your function?

Situated in leafy Mount Claremont, surrounded by expansive parklands and natural bushland, HBF Stadium has a range of function spaces suitable for a variety of functions. From corporate conferences to school balls, Board meetings to cocktail sundowners and everything in between, check out some of the rooms available and what they can offer for your next conference, meeting, party, ball or banquet below.  

Champions Club

The Champions Club is located in a secluded space on the top floor of HBF Stadium with expansive views over the indoor main area. The room layout is perfect for small conferences, breakfast meetings or a late afternoon seminar followed by drinks, with one area which can be used for formalities and another separate area which can be used as a breakout space where food and drinks can be served.  The room comes equipped with a projector screen and 52 inch interactive digital screen, it also features a bar where alcoholic beverages can be served. Toilets are conveniently located to the back of the room. This room is suitable for functions with up to 250 guests.

Executive Suite

The Executive Suite is located towards the front of the building with direct access to the light-filled front courtyard, which is a great space for guests to break out to get some fresh air. This room is perfect for board meetings, workshops or training with a retractable projector screen and two 52 inch digital screens. Restroom facilities are conveniently located at the back of the room. The room also features are bar if afternoon drinks are on the agenda. This room can cater for up to 80 guests comfortably.  

Lecture Theatre

The spacious and modern Lecture Theatre is located on the bottom floor of the building, guests can grab a hot coffee from the café on the way to attend your function. This room is perfectly set up for your presentation, lecture or product launch, featuring state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment and capacity to seat up to 220 guests. 

Main Arena

HBF Stadium’s Main Arena is a dynamic space and the perfect blank canvas for any function type. Using wall draping, carpeting, silk rook canopies and mood lighting this area can be completely transformed into a unique atmosphere of your choosing for a day or night function, whether a corporate conference or gala dinner. This room can also be configured to suit gatherings of 300 up to 2000 people, with plenty of restroom facilities and a private entrance. 

The Courtyard

The courtyard is a a great spot to enjoy the late afternoon and watch the sun disappear behind the tree tops of the beautiful Bold Park. It is a versatile outdoor space which is perfect for corporate events, sundowners and birthday parties, it connects directly to the Executive Suite providing an undercover area if needed, as well as toilets. 

The Front Lawns

HBF Stadium's landscaped entrance provides the perfect outdoor location for your summer sundowner, with plenty of space for your guests to stretch out and enjoy the magnificent surrounds.
