Marking the venue’s 13th anniversary, RAC is proud to announce the renewal of its naming rights partnership with RAC Arena, Perth’s premier live entertainment venue managed by Legends Global, securing its association until 2030.

RAC has played a pivotal role in the arena’s journey since the beginning, firstly as a founding partner in 2013, before becoming the inaugural naming rights partner in 2018.

Among the exclusive benefits introduced by RAC are the RAC Local Lounge, a welcoming space where ticket holders can enjoy food and drinks 30 minutes before the main doors open.

RAC members also enjoy half-price bottled water across venue outlets, and access to unique activations like the Designated Driver Bar at selected events, where members can receive a complimentary non-alcoholic beverage.

Beyond enhancing event-day experiences, RAC Arena proudly hosts RAC’s annual free bstreetsmart event, which has educated more than 100,000 year 10 to 12 students on the critical consequences of unsafe driving.

In 2024, RAC further demonstrated its commitment to sustainability and active transport with the launch of the Smart Bike Hub on the venue’s external plaza. This facility offers secure parking and charging for up to 10 electric bikes and scooters, encouraging event attendees and city workers to choose greener, healthier travel options.

RAC Arena’s General Manager, Michael Scott, reflected on the strong alignment between the two organisations.

“Both RAC and RAC Arena share a common purpose; to improve the lives of West Australians. From creating engaging spaces for eventgoers, to running member competitions, and rolling out initiatives that aim to enhance the health and wellbeing of the broader WA community, we are truly in sync.”

“We’re privileged to have a partner who is driven by the same goals and since securing naming rights, together we’ve welcomed almost four million patrons at over 500 ticketed events, with many more to come.”

RAC Group CEO Rob Slocombe said as a purpose-led organisation with more than 1.3 million members, RAC was proud to continue its support of the iconic venue.

"This partnership has allowed us to communicate and engage with Western Australians on a range of important issues like road safety, while also delivering benefits, experiences, and memories for our members.”

“We look forward to exploring even more opportunities to excite and inspire our members and the wider WA community as part of our continued partnership with RAC Arena.”
