How did she achieve this?
Elayne has been training regularly in the gym three times a week: two sessions of personal training with Rafa doing a mixture of suspension, HIIT and strength, and a third session on her own using an individualised program plus taking on nutritional advice.
Both Elayne and Rafa are very happy with the results and look forward to achieving more goals.
