VENUESWEST IMAGE CONSENT RELEASE

    By participating in the Star Snaps activation at Bendat Basketball Centre and Perth High Performance Centre, you give VenuesWest (ABN 47 894 197 015) of 100 Stephenson Avenue, Mount Claremont 6010, its assigns, successors, licensees, legal representatives, employees, and agents the irrevocable right to use your name, photograph, image, audio recording, video recording, and likeness ("your Image") for advertising, media publicity, publication, general display, or any other promotional purposes. This includes publication on the internet, social media platforms, broadcasts, and any other publications released by VenuesWest and its strategic partners Perth Lynx (ABN 15 677 224 234) and Perth Wildcats (ABN 16 162 327 077).

    By participating, you waive any interest in the copyright to your Image now or in the future. You acknowledge that you are not entitled to receive any payment or consideration for the use of your Image and agree not to make any claims against VenuesWest and its strategic partners Perth Lynx and Perth Wildcats for any payments related to the publication of your Image.

    You understand that VenuesWest and its strategic partners Perth Lynx and Perth Wildcats cannot control unauthorised use of your Image by persons not associated with them upon the publication of your Image. You waive any right to inspect or approve any publication of your Image by VenuesWest and its strategic partners Perth Lynx and Perth Wildcats.

    By participating, you release and indemnify VenuesWest and its strategic partners Perth Lynx and Perth Wildcats from any loss, damage, costs, expense, or claim (including consequential loss) connected with the publication of your Image, including actions for defamation, libel, breach of privacy, or copyright.

    If you are under 18 years of age, you must have permission from your parent or guardian to participate in the Star Snaps activation.

    By ticking the box in the Star Snap activation you consent to the image consent conditions and agree to receive marketing communications from VenuesWest, Perth Lynx, and Perth Wildcats. Personal information provided by an entrant to VenuesWest for the purpose of participating in the Star Snaps activation will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with VenuesWest’s Privacy Statement.
