The 2014 Centre for Environmental Management (CERM) survey, facilitated by the University of South Australia, has shown a significant increase in customer satisfaction from last year at two of VenuesWest’s venues, WA Basketball Centre (WABC) and the WA Athletics Stadium (WAAS).
The results showed an overall satisfaction rating of 80 percent by patrons of their experience at WAAS compared to 70 percent in 2013.
Respondents also rated their overall experience at a highest ever 86 percent satisfaction at the WABC up from 71 percent in 2013.
VenuesWest Chairman Graham Partridge OAM believes the jumps in customer satisfaction are due to listening to our customers, investing in the venues as well as our commitment to excellent customer service.
“Respondents indicated the new athletics track at the WA Athletics Stadium improved the overall patron experience,” Mr Partridge said.
“The strong relationship with Basketball WA and the premium customer service at the WA Basketball Centre cafe significantly enhanced the overall experience for patrons.”
Furthermore, the WABC survey results completed by 156 patrons showed 88 per cent of patrons who visited WABC would recommend the venue compared to 74 per cent in 2013.
The WAAS survey completed by 116 patrons also showed 87 per cent would recommend the venue compared to 76 percent in 2013.
“The results clearly indicate patrons are proud of our facilities and believe others would enjoy their experience at our venues,”Mr Partridge said.
“We are extremely proud of all 13 of VenuesWest’s venues but it’s particularly gratifying when your patrons are not only satisfied with their user experience but are willing to recommend the venues to other potential VenuesWest patrons.”
“VenuesWest is 100 percent committed to improving our services by listening to our customers and then making improvements based on customer feedback.
It is this ongoing commitment to delivering excellent venue experiences, which has brought a record 3.7 million people through our venues during the 2013/14 financial year.
